Sur la Rive Gauche, dans le quartier des ministères, ce complexe historique est dominé par une tour qui abritait au XIXe siècle le premier réseau de « télégraphe Chappe » et, jusqu’à une époque récente, l’Administration des Lignes télégraphiques.

Ce centre d'affaires développe près de 20 000 m² de bureaux de première catégorie. Après une restructuration lourde opérée en 2010 par Philippe Chiambaretta, le site a fait l'objet d'évolutions majeures tant dans les espaces de bureaux que dans l'offre de services proposée aux utilisateurs.

Among the French government ministries on the Left Bank, this historic complex is dominated by a tower that housed the first *Chappe* optical telegraph network in the 19th century and, more recently, the *Administration des Lignes Télégraphiques*.

The building now boasts 20,000 m² of first-class HQE® certified office space. The reception hall and services were updated and upgraded as recently as 2017.

En 2007, SFL a transformé quatre immeubles du boulevard Haussmann en un complexe tertiaire de très haut standing. D’une surface de plus de 13 000 m² sur 7 étages, qui se déploie sur un linéaire de façade de 82 mètres en pierre de taille, il s’articule autour d’un vaste hall central éclairé par une verrière. Loué en totalité au spécialiste du coworking, WeWork, l’inauguration a eu lieu en janvier 2021.

In 2007, SFL redeveloped four buildings on Boulevard Haussmann to create an office complex specified to an extremely high standard. With a total floor area in excess of 13,000 m² on 7 floors, and an 82-metre dressed stone frontage, the space is structured around a generous central hall flooded with daylight from its glass roof. The entire building is leased to coworking specialist WeWork, and opened to clients in January 2021.

With offices on 9 upper floors and 5 basement levels, 131 Wagram offers its tenants not only a terrace, but also an internal garden. Once the residence of Thomas Jefferson during his stay in Paris between 1785 and 1789, No. 92 is one of the best located buildings on the Champs-Élysées, occupying the corner of the Rue de Berri. The building was restored to its former prestigious glory to create HQE® certified offices that have been leased to WeWork since completion of the project in 2012.

Imaginé et édifié par l’architecte Louis Plousey dans les années 1930, cet ensemble emblématique parisien de 27 000 m² composé de deux bâtiments, est typique de l’architecture Art déco. Ces derniers mois, celui-ci a fait l'objet d'un ravalement et d'une lourde restructuration qui s'achèvera courant 2022.

This iconic 27,000 m² two-building complex was designed in archetypal Art Deco style by architect Louis Plousey, and constructed under his supervision in the 1930s.

Formerly the French office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, it offers a plethora of advantages, including a central location in a 100-metre long pedestrian-only street, ground floor retail units, extensive upper floors flooded with natural light and offering enormous flexibility of office layout, and exceptional outdoor terraces.

The building has its own dedicated user service centre. Inspired by the visual language of the hospitality industry, the interiors have been entirely redesigned by Studio Putman to offer a food service space, 100-seat auditorium, meeting rooms, VIP lounge and concierge service.

This 7-building complex dates from the end of the 19th century, and retains much of its historical interest thanks to careful conservation of period features. The buildings interiors boast a large number of neoclassical details, including sculpted columns, painted ceilings and many decorative elements crafted in marble and wood.

Édifié sur une parcelle d’un hectare et demi, l’ensemble haussmannien Édouard VII est situé au cœur d’un des quartiers les plus vivants de Paris. Son emplacement et le prestige de son architecture, issue d’une profonde restructuration, en font une vitrine exceptionnelle.

Son histoire est une fresque urbanistique et architecturale à l’image de Paris. Du projet de « ville dans la ville » dessiné au début du XXe siècle par l’architecte Nénot, au déplacement de l’Olympia à la fin des années 80, de la signature artistique de Felice Varini jusqu’au patronage du roi d’Angleterre, le quartier Edouard VII est un livre d’histoire à ciel ouvert.

Après la mise en couleurs des façades des boutiques de la rue Édouard VII, insufflant un aspect moderne et attractif au lieu, un programme de végétalisation des cours intérieures et de valorisation des passages a été effectué pour accompagner la montée en gamme de ce centre d’affaires.

The Haussmann-style Edouard VII complex occupies a 1.5-hectare plot at the heart of one of the capital’s liveliest communities. Its location and prestigious architecture - now sensitively revised and restructured - make this an exceptional showcase for any business. Its history is an urban and architectural fresco that mirrors the story of Paris itself. From the ‘city within a city’ project designed at the beginning of the 20th century by architect Henri Paul Nénot to the relocation of the Olympia at the end of the 1980s, and from the artistic signature of Felice Varini to the patronage of the King of England, the Edouard VII district is an open-air history book.

In addition to the introduction of colour into shop frontages on the Rue Edouard VII to create a more contemporary and visually exciting appearance, the planting of interior courtyards and enhancement of the arcades have taken this important business centre even further upmarket.

An icon of one of the most prestigious locations in all of Paris, and located on the busiest stretch of the even-numbered side of the Champs-Élysées, this shopping arcade has been extensively restructured. The comprehensive redesign by architect Jean Nouvel has restored its pride and elegance with a new and sophisticated style. 86 Champs-Élysées hosts the concept store developed by L'Occitane and Pierre Hermé, as well as many pop-up stores.


Galerie Champs-Elysées

Achevé en 1852, ce bel ensemble a vécu au rythme économique de Paris. En 1855, année de la première Exposition universelle en France, deux employés de commerce, Alfred Chauchard et Auguste Hériot, aidés des capitaux des frères Pereire, y fondent les Grands Magasins du Louvre. Ce premier exemple d’un tel commerce à Paris abrite alors l’Hôtel du Louvre, où les grands magasins lui servent de galerie marchande.

Un siècle plus tard, de grandes sociétés commencent à y abriter leurs bureaux. En 1975, la Caisse des Retraites des Employés des Postes et Télécommunications britanniques se rend acquéreur du bâtiment devenu vacant et entreprend la réalisation d’un Centre d’Affaires moderne avec, au pied, le Louvre des Antiquaires. Acquis en 1995 par SFL, le Louvre Saint-Honoré a été plusieurs fois rénové par SFL.

Cet immeuble doté d’un emplacement exceptionnel face au Louvre, offre de très vastes plateaux fonctionnels d’une surface de 5 400 m²/plateau. 20 000 m² de surfaces commerciales situées aux niveaux R-1, RDC et R+1 sont actuellement en cours de restructuration pour accueillir la Fondation Cartier.

Completed in 1852, this handsome collection of buildings has witnessed the economic expansion of Paris. In 1855, the year of the first *Exposition Universelle* international exhibition in France, two retail employees called Alfred Chauchard and Auguste Hériot founded the *Grands Magasins du Louvre* department store with capital funding from leading financiers, the Pereire brothers. It was the first of its kind in Paris, and at that time occupied the Hôtel du Louvre, within which the original arcade of shops developed into a department store.

A century later, large companies began to use parts of the building as office space. In 1975, the then vacant building was acquired by the British Post Office Pension Fund, which began the process of converting it into a modern business centre with the *Louvre des Antiquaires* antiques market on the ground floor. Since it was acquired by SFL in 1995, the Louvre Saint-Honoré building has been renovated several times.

With its exceptional location facing the Louvre, it offers office accommodation on the grand scale, with usable space of 5,400 m² per floor. The 20,000 m² of retail space on the ground, first and second floors are currently being restructured to accommodate the Fondation Cartier contemporary art museum. Delivery is planned for 2024.

In 2012, Washington Plaza was transformed under the direction of DTACC architects to bring previously unused spaces to life and create indoor and outdoor living and sharing spaces.
